Lourna isn't easily categorized as a villain or a hero; she is above all a survivor. Once a Tempest Runner, she has deftly dodged capture and execution from both her Nihil associates and the Republic on numerous occasions. Nevertheless, she now faces an enigmatic blight that threatens to consume everything in its path, and only Marchion Ro, the Eye of the Nihil, claims to possess the solution.In a bid to overcome this crisis, the Jedi and the Republic reach out to Lourna with a deal: join forces to combat the blight, and Lourna will gain the chance to start anew, forging her own destiny. Accompanied by Jedi Avar Kriss and Keeve Trennis, who once pursued her, Lourna embarks on a quest to locate the Nihil’s chief scientist, Baron Boolan. He may hold the key to unraveling both the mystery of the blight and Marchion Ro’s ulterior motives.As the group ventures deeper into perilous Nihil territories, Lourna contemplates the Republic's offer of true freedom against her innate survival instincts. The path ahead leads straight into dangers she has long evaded. When the moment comes to confront Marchion Ro, Lourna might just risk everything to exact her revenge.
