Since the first edition of the textbook "Matematyka wspomagająca zarządzanie" was published, many changes have occurred in the world around us. The advancement in IT, particularly in electronic computing technology, has significantly expanded the applications of mathematics. We are now relieved from the tedious task of conducting complex mathematical transformations manually. The complexity of calculations no longer hampers the solving of mathematical problems. The experiences gathered in this book highlight the substantial benefits of IT support in tackling mathematical challenges. However, these same experiences also emphasize that utilizing technological tools does not eliminate the necessity of having a solid understanding of mathematics.
