The collection of texts in this volume examines the adaptations in Polish administrative law made to address contemporary challenges such as digitalisation, globalisation, and the energy transition or "green transition," alongside health risks presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Written by emerging legal professionals, the publication is organized into three sections. The first section tackles issues surrounding preventive vaccinations, monument preservation, and nature conservation. The second section explores the dynamics and structural changes within national public administration.
