A team of researchers and educators from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw has compiled a collection of legal documents significant to the history of administrative law in Poland and other influential countries like Austria, Prussia and Germany, Russia and the USSR, France, England, and the United States. These countries' legal frameworks have played a crucial role in shaping the state legal system and administrative practices applied in Polish territories. The initial section of this publication presents documents related to the governance and administrative structures of these foreign nations. In contrast, the subsequent part delves into the regulations pertaining to Poland, covering aspects such as constitutional law, government and local administration, judicial review, legal protections, civil service laws, and administrative procedures. This compilation allows for the tracing of historical changes in state management and self-governance, thereby enhancing the comprehension of modern administrative solutions.
