Hello! I'm Lora, and I have a deep passion for posture and the joy that comes from moving effortlessly. My career as a professional dancer took me around the globe, including performing as a Radio City Rockette. Together with Nikki Alstedter, I own Pilates Studio City located in Southern California and Pilates South Austin in Austin, Texas. I hold the title of Master Teacher in Pilates through the Pilates Sports Center and have certifications in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, the Franklin Method, and Da Vinci BodyBoard, among various other disciplines focused on body balance. When I'm not playing with my daughter or surfing, I dedicate my time to assisting others in enhancing their posture, strength, and equilibrium through movement, helping them stand tall and fully embrace life.
