Miłosława Borzyszkowska-Szewczyk - sylwetka autora

The academic journey encompassed studies at Jagiellonian University, Universität Leipzig, and the University of Gdańsk. Additionally, the individual was enrolled in the Doctoral Studies in Philology at the University of Gdańsk and participated in the interdisciplinary Ost-West-Promotionskolleg at Ruhr University in Bochum. Their doctoral dissertation, completed in 2008, was titled "The Prussian Ethos and Memory Culture: Memoir Literature of Descendants of the Prussian Nobility from Western Pomerania and East Prussia after 1945." This work was later published under the title "Memory for the Future" in Wrocław in 2009, as part of the "Understanding Germany" series. Furthermore, they contributed as co-editor and co-author to the book "Jüdische Spuren in der Kaschubei. Reisehandbuch / Śladami żydowskimi po Kaszubach. Przewodnik," released in Munich in 2010. Active in cultural and academic circles, they serve as the Secretary of the Günter Grass Association in Gdańsk and are a member of the Kashubian Institute.
