Multimodalność w narracjach o komunikacji

The book represents a pioneering academic work that examines how users of the Polish language recount communication activities. It explores the role of modality elements such as tone, facial expressions, gestures, movements, and body language in these narratives. The findings arise from an in-depth analysis of a corpus constructed by the author. This unique corpus integrates recordings of communicative interactions from silent and sound documentaries housed at the Lodz Film School archives. It also includes narrative accounts from over a hundred individuals varying in age, gender, and educational background.
