Contemporary Educational Challenges

The book titled *Contemporary Educational Challenges* represents a collaborative effort by sociologists and philosophers from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in Kyiv. This collection covers an extensive array of educational topics. It begins with a broad exploration of intercultural differences in upbringing, referencing the cultural dynamics between East and West, and continues with a macro- and micro-social analysis of pedagogical discourse. Additionally, the volume delves into specific areas such as health education in Poland and philosophical counselling. Notably, the book includes two critical discussions on the principles of the Bologna Process and how they have been implemented in Ukraine and Poland. It also offers insights into the experiences of Polish students studying abroad and the presence of foreign students, particularly those from Ukraine and Belarus, in Poland.
