Magdalena Tomaszewska-Bolałek, a cultural expert and scholar in culinary culture, is the head of Food Studies at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her research spans the history, anthropology of food, and the fields of culinary tourism and diplomacy. She has represented Polish cuisine internationally through various workshops, discussions, and presentations.
