Todd Nettleton oversees Media Development at a worldwide non-profit. His regular contributions to the group's newsletter reach over 400,000 households each month. Over his 15-year career, Todd has chronicled abuses of human rights and religious freedom and has spoken with victims in diverse locations such as Sudan, China, Egypt, Turkey, Eritrea, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Colombia, Iraq, India, Nepal, Laos, and Azerbaijan. He has been featured in over 1800 interviews with major media platforms, including the Associated Press, Los Angeles Times, BBC, Moody Broadcast Network, Christian Broadcasting Network, Newsweek, The Voice of America, and Trinity Broadcasting Network.
Todd contributed to the creation of several books, among which are "Extreme Devotion," "Hearts of Fire," and "Heroic Faith," all published by The Voice of the Martyrs, as well as "FOXE: Voices of the Martyrs" from Bridge-Logos Publishers. He also served as the main author for "RESTRICTED NATIONS: North Korea," published by Living Sacrifice Books in 2008, focusing on the church in North Korea.
A former sports writer and an alumnus of Bartlesville Wesleyan College, now known as Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Todd has also pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma. His upbringing was split between Papua New Guinea and Southern California. He and his wife, Charlotte, are parents to two sons, aged 16 and 19. In his free time, Todd is passionate about reading, writing, music, travel, and sports. He is learning guitar and manages a fantasy football league. More about him can be found at his website.
