His career began in 1982, just two years prior to graduating from London's St. Martin's School of Art, when he took on the role of art director and photographer at the magazine "i-D." Following this, he held the position of art and creative director at several influential publications, including "Face," the Italian edition of "Elle," France's "Glamour," "Per Lui," and "Arena." In 1999, he became the creative director of Moscow's edition of Vogue, where he was tasked with launching the magazine's Russian version. With decades of experience in photography, he now divides his professional life between working for British Vogue, curating exhibitions, and accepting photography commissions.
