John Bierhorst - sylwetka autora
As a specialist in Aztec language and literature, he has translated the Cantares Mexicanos and authored a Nahuatl-English dictionary. Currently, he serves as an editor for "The Norton Anthology of World Literature." He is also affiliated with the Americas Society, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the National Endowment for the Arts. Among his published works on Latin America are "The Mythology of South America" and "The Mythology of Mexico and Central America."
