Peggy Rathmann - sylwetka autora
An American illustrator and author of picture books initially pursued studies in psychology with the ambition of teaching gorillas sign language. However, upon immersing herself in learning the language, she realized her true passion lay in illustrating these magnificent animals. She is the recipient of the 1996 Caldecott Medal, a prestigious American award for creators of picture books.
