Kamil Śmigielski - sylwetka autora

Vice-champion of the world in ITF taekwondo for sport fighting and multiple-time Polish champion in this discipline, he has also dedicated many years to coaching this martial art. Additionally, he is an instructor in kickboxing and swimming, with a passion for aviation and history. He is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Wrocław. Beyond his athletic pursuits, he is a teacher, educator, and organizer of sports events. His inspiration for writing a book came from numerous forest hikes he frequently enjoyed with his wife.
