In a lively pub located in South East London, two young individuals cross paths. Both are Black British and share a common background of having attended private schools on scholarships, places where they often felt out of place. They have since embarked on artistic careers—one as a photographer, the other as a dancer—each striving to establish their identity in a metropolis that alternately embraces and alienates them.
