Urszula Kierczak - sylwetka autora

Education - Graduated from AWF Katowice with a teaching degree, completed studies at the Cultural and Educational Study in Wrocław in the Department of Tourism and Recreation. Acquired postgraduate qualifications in natural sciences from the University of Opole and further specialized in biology and the teaching of biology at the same institution. Additionally pursued postgraduate studies in Education Management at the School of Management in Katowice. Participated in various courses, workshops, and other professional development programs. Has been working in education since 1982 across primary, middle, and secondary schools. Currently, a teacher at the Jan Paweł II Middle School in Istebna, and serving as a dean and director at the Remote Institute of Sport and Recreation in Wisła at the Higher School of Education in Sport. For many years, provided advisory services as a physical education methodologist, and now conducts training sessions for teachers (educating school faculty boards) as an educator at the Regional Teacher Development Center in Bielsko-Biała.
