Marek Kaleński-Jaśkiewicz - sylwetka autora

Author's Introduction: I spent my childhood in a picturesque part of the Kielce region, where my father worked as a teacher at the Agricultural School in Krzelów. The area was rich in natural beauty, with nearby fish ponds, the Mierzawa river, forests, and fields. Later, I moved to larger cities to attend high school and then Warsaw University of Technology. My entire professional career focused on engineering and design. However, the scents of forests, meadows, and drained ponds have remained vivid in my memory. In retirement, I found the opportunity to start painting, explore the humanities, and follow advancements in the understanding of the Universe. This inspired me to write "Short Texts on..." which have been published in the "Senior Life" newsletter.
