Kaveh Akbar - sylwetka autora
KAVEH AKBAR's poetry has been featured in prestigious publications such as The New Yorker, Poetry, Tin House, PBS NewsHour, A Public Space, Guernica, and Boston Review, among others. He has been honored with the 2016 Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation, as well as the Lucille Medwick Memorial Award by the Poetry Society of America. In addition to his poetic achievements, Kaveh is the founder and editor of Divedapper, a platform dedicated to conversations with significant voices in contemporary poetry. His debut full-length poetry collection, entitled "Calling a Wolf a Wolf," is set to be released in September 2017. Born in Tehran, Iran, Kaveh Akbar now resides in Tallahassee, Florida. He is scheduled to serve as a visiting professor at Purdue University in Indiana in the Fall of 2017.
