Bartosz Wołodkiewicz - sylwetka autora

A doctor of law currently holds the position of assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is actively involved as a member of the Office of Studies and Analyses of the Supreme Court. In his professional capacity, he also practices as a legal advisor. His scholarly pursuits have been recognized through a scholarship at the Max Planck Institute for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law in Luxembourg. As an author, he has contributed to numerous publications focusing on civil procedural law. Additionally, he serves as the editorial secretary and is a member of the editorial board for the quarterly journal "Polski Proces Cywilny."
